Lunch was oven roasted butternut with stir-fried garlic mushrooms with Edam cheese and salads 🍄🍅🌴🍄🍊☘
Wash and cut small size butternut in half.
Seasoning with Ina Paarman Green Onions seasoning and Robertson veggie spice. Drizzle with avocado oil OR Olive oil. Bake in oven 190 C until butternut is soft and tender.
Stir-fried mushrooms in garlic butter.
Season with salt and backgrounded pepper.
Scoop mushrooms inside butternut and add grated Edam cheese with Italian herbs.
Serve with salads. 🍄🍅☘🌴🍄🍊
