Moumita's Aloo posto
Bengalis favourite vegetarian curry.


Poppy seeds coconut paste with potatoes.
10 minutes wonder.
Easy recipe with my healthy twist.
Soak 4 teaspoons of poppy seeds & 1 teaspoon of white sesame seeds in hot water for 10 minutes..
Make a fine paste with little coconut, 1 green chilly.
In a pan take 3 teaspoons of oil.
Stir fry 1 chopped onion.
Mix the prepared paste, add turmeric powder, salt & boiled cut pieces of potatoes.
Stir slowly. Garnish nicely.
Serve with rice.
