Caroline's Homemade Cheese Spread

Your very own homemade spreadable cheese to be enjoyed on celery sticks or crackers.

1kg cheddar processed cheese
1 liter Lifelong milk
500g Rama margarine
salt and pepper to taste.

Heat milk, melt rama in the milk DO NOT BOIL!!!
Grate cheese add to milk.
Heat until cheese is melted but remember do not boil.
Bottle and seal when cooled off.
