Preshana’s Breakfast Smoothie

Load up on fruits and vegetables and enjoy an appetizing and nutritious drink every morning.

1 mango
1 pear
1 apple
1/4 melon
1 celery stalk with leaves
1 medium carrot
1 Tbspn Chai seeds.

Top up blender jug with zero calorie lemonade.
Serve with loads of ice.
5-6 servings depending on the size of the glass and the preferred consistency of the smoothie.
I usually store my smoothies for 24 hours in the fridge, give it a quick shake before serving
