Hannah Simple Grilled Chicken, vegetables and rice

Quick, simple and tasty. Enjoy👍

Preheat oven to 180C
Rinse and wash whole bird (I always do this)
Sprinkle generously on both sides with table salt and chicken spice.
Place on chicken stick and into the oven on lowest rack (you will obviously have to remove the top rack)
Let cook for 1 1/2 hours. Take out and cut into portions.

Served with Rice and Mixed Vegetables in a packet which are done in the microwave for 7 minutes.
