Caashifa's Carbless Breakfast Cheesza

This blew me away, it was that good 👍

2 eggs beaten
2 cups cheese grated
Crack of himilayan pink salt
Crack of black pepper

Salami slices
Stuffed calamata olives
Cocktail tomatoes
Pepperdews sliced

Mix 1.5 cups of cheese with the eggs.
Add seasoning and mix well to combine.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Spread the mixture on the paper and bake at 200C till lightly browned.
Add the toppings, cover in the remaining cheese and bake again till brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
