Samantha’s Pizza dough

Samantha's Pizza dough

Sharing a pizza dough recipe that I’ve been using for years.
Pizza
Ingredients:
500 ml flour
5ml salt
180ml milk
20ml baking powder
60ml oil

Method
Sift dry ingredients together, run oil into the flour until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add milk and cut into the mixture with a knife to form a soft dough.
If the mixture is a little sticky add a little more flour.
Knead dough lightly, roll out to 1cm thickness, either into one pizza or cut into rounds. Spread a mixture if tomatoes and chilli sauce over the base.
Add topping of your choice and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until cheese has melted and pizza dough baked, depending on your oven.

Topping that I used
Leftover roasted chicked, cut up
Mushrooms fried in a little olive oil
Jalepeno’s cut and fried a little
Lots of cheese😊😊
Enjoy!!

About cookandenjoyrecipes

I have a passion to cook and experiment, and have gathered recipes for almost 50+ years (paper and then electronic). I felt it an absolute waste to just toss all those wonderful recipes in the garbage and forget about them, thus decided to put them to good use and started “The Recipe Hunter” Facebook page: The Recipe Hunter (Cook &Enjoy) and the Blog
