Caashifa's Low Carb Nutty Seed Loaf

Grab a slice of this seed and nut bread to pair with your favorite sandwich fillings.

1 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 Tblspn baking powder
150g nut and seed mix
2 Tblspns sesame seeds (optional for topping)

Whisk the eggs and olive oil together.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine.
Scoop into a greased loaf tin and bake at 200C till a skewer comes out clean.
Cool before slicing
