Rashida’s Coconut Fingers

TRH Rashida's Coconut Fingers
230 g butter
2 cups coconut2 tsp baking powder
2 cups cake flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp sifted cocoa
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 medium peppermint crisp chocolate

Beat butter and sugar well.
Add all dry ingredients and vanilla.
Make into a dough.
Grease baking sheet and spread dough.
Bake on 160C for 20-25 min.
Remove while still hot
Grate chocolate and cut into squares
