Preshana’s Cupcakes with fresh cream

TRH Preshana's Cupcakes with fresh cream
100g butter
1/4 cup oil
1 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence( or essence of your choice)
2 cups self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk

Preheat the oven to 180’C. Line muffin tin with cases
Cream together butter, oil and castor sugar.
Add the eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
Sift flour and baking powder together.
Add the flour alternately with milk to the creamed mixture.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a skewer comes clean.
