2 cups basmati rice
1 and half cup Asian style Mcain stir fry
One teaspoon Spice for rice
Boil together and set a side.
Heat oil in pot. Add one teaspoon mustard seeds.
Few curry leaves (neem)
Add one chopped tomato and one teaspoon fresh crushed garlic
Add wash and deveined crayfish tails.
Add one tablespoon Amina’s Fish and prawn masala
Half teaspoon Mother in law masala
Simmer till done
Curry must be saucy not dry.
Add drained rice over crayfish curry sauce.
Dot with butter and steam out slowly until all sauce is cook away.fluff rice and garnish with dhania.
