Nazley’s Snoek served with Mushroom rice

TRH Nazley's Left over snoek served with Mushroom rice

Ingredients:
1½ cups rice.
Salt to taste.
1 onion chopped.
1 punnet mushrooms chopped.
1 tablespoon spice for rice.

Method:
Braise onion in ghee and saute for 6 minutes.
Add the rice and spice for rice.
Top with water and allow to cook then steam on a low heat.
Once done add the mushrooms and leave for 10 minutes and serve.
Serve with masala snoek.
