Feriel’s Full Cream Maas Naan Bread

TRH Feriel's Full Cream Maas Naan Bread

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons soft unsalted butter
1 cup Full cream Maas (buttermilk)
Quarter teaspoon dried Thyme

Rub butter into flour, salt and thyme and bind dough with maas.
Make 10 balls and roll out into long bread size.
Spray and cook griddle pan.
Fry both sides until brown and brush with garlic butter
Serve with grills or any curry dish
