1 cup choc almond butter (I used my own homemade chocolate almond butter but you can use store-bought)
1/4 cup xylitol
2 Tblspns coconut flour
1 tsp almond essence
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup coconut milk
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond butter, xylitol, egg, ghee, and almond essence.
Stir in the flour, baking powder and baking soda and then the milk. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake at 200C for 20-23 minutes, until the brownie is done, but still soft in the middle.
