Nazley’s Mutton / Lamb Curry served with Roti

TRH Nazley's Mutton Lamb Curry served with Roti

Ingredients
½ kg mutton/lamb of choice.
Salt to taste.
1 teaspoon whole jeera seeds.
5 curry leaves crushed.
1 large onion chopped.
2 tomatoes chopped.
3 Tablespoons curry masala.
2 teaspoon barshap.
1/4 teaspoon turmeric.
1 teaspoon cumin masala.
1 teaspoon khokney masala.
6 Tablespoon tomato sauce.
10 baby potatoes peeled.
Fresh dhania leaves.

Method:
Braise onion with jeera seeds and curry leaves.
Allow to brown. Then add the tomato.
Allow to cook till soft.
Add the spices and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the washed meat and add 1 cup water.
Cook till 3/4 done.
Add the potatoes and cover with the lid and cook till tender.
Lastly add the dhania.
Serve with roti, atchaar and beetroot.
