TRH Feriel's Oven Roasted Chicken and Sweet Potatoes with Mushroom Rice

Chicken spice 🍗🍄🍴
2 tablespoon oil or olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
½ tsp Fresh crushed Garlic
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper

Method:
Grill on griller or Preheat Oven 180 degrees
Combine all of the ingredients for the bbq sauce in a small bowl.
Clean and pat dry the chicken thighs.
Place in a baking dish and rub the chicken thighs all over with the sauce.
Place on griller OR in oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Mushroom rice
2 cups Tastic rice
2 teaspoons fine rice spice
salt
Cook until soft and drain and set aside.
Braise 1 red onion in oil.
Add 2 cloves grated garlic and 2 teaspoon lemon rind.
1 sliced yellow pepper or any colour
250g sliced mushroom
lemon pepper and salt and black pure pepper
Steam rice on high in microwave
Add above mushroom mixture on top of steamed rice.
Garnish with dhania.
