Nazley’s Spaghetti Stirfry

TRH Nazley'a Spaghetti Stirfry

Simplicity made yummy. Quick and easy after a long day at work.

1/2 packet spaghetti, boiled in water, salt,strain and allow to cool.
1 small onion chopped.
2 Tablespoons butter.
4 chicken breasts cut in chunks.
1 punnet button mushrooms cut in chunks.
1/2 green and red pepper chopped.
1 carrot cut in jullien strips.
Salt to taste.
Crushed black pepper.
6 Tablespoons Mrs Balls chutney.
3 Tablepsoons Hot Veri Peri Sauce.
1/4 cup chopped dhania.
2 Tablespoons Tamarind and Dhania Sauce.

Braise onion in the butter.
Then add the chicken, peppers, salt, black pepper.
Allow to cook for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms.
Cook till chicken is done.
Add the sauces and cook till thick.
Mix in the fresh dhania and carrots.
Remove from heat and add the spaghetti and saute for 4 minutes.
