TRH Feriel's Korma Drumsticks Curry with Basmati rice and steamed veggies
Ingredients:
24 drumsticks (2kg) or any chicken of your choice
3 onions finely chopped ( I used 2 red and 1 white onion)
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger and 4 tablespoons grated garlic
7 tablespoons sunflower oil
Few cloves.
Cardamon and 3 stick cinnamon
2 tablespoon Coriander spice and Cumin (jeera)
1 teaspooon Turmeric
1 heaped tablespoon Red biryani masala and mother in law spice
2 teaspoon mild suhana chilli powder
2 large grated tomato
175 ml
Greek yoghurt OR plain smooth yoghurt
Salt to taste

Method:
Braise onions in oil.
Add ginger and garlic.
Add all above spices and braise for 2 minutes.
Add chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Stir in yoghurt, grated tomatoes and salt.
Cover with lid and simmer slowly until chicken is cook. Garnish with fresh dhania and serve with basmati rice and steamed veggies of your choice.

I steamed the vegetables on high for 7 minutes in microwave and added grounded black pepper, no need for salt.
