TRH Rashida's Scones with Fruit Mix
Ingredients:
4 cups self-raising flour
2 tsp baking powder
150g soft margarine or butter1/4 tsp salt
6 tblsp sugar
2 eggs
250 ml mass (sour milk) / buttermilk

Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients and rub in the margarine or butter, till it resembles bread crumbs.
Add the eggs to the sour milk, slightly whisk.
Work quickly to make a nice soft dough.
Divide dough to one part add 1/4 cup cake fruit mix.
Cut and top with cheese and some plain.
Brush with egg.
Bake on 180C for 10-15 minutes
