4 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet (10g) Instant yeast
4 teaspoon sugar
± 500 ml water
Boil 3 small potatoes
Mashed and add 3 tablespoon butter
Add enough lukewarm water to make a pliable dough.
Let it proof to double in size
Use sunflower oil on hands when you handle dough for bread loaves
Let it proof again
Brush with egg & sprinkle sesame seeds on bread
Bake at 180C till down, let it cool down before slicing.
