TRH Selvie's Swiss Roll Pastry with Mince Filling
500g bought savoury mince
2 potatoes boiled and mashed, season well with butter, pepper and salt
2 tblsp mayonnaise
1 tsp jeera powder
Salt to taste
Steers sweet chilli sauce

Cook mince till nearly dry and add jeera.
Remove add mash and mix well.
At this stage taste and adjust or add spices of your choice.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Roll out pastry.
Seal edges with egg white or water.
Add sweet chilli sauce, spread the mince or make into a sausage
Roll into a swiss roll.
Chill for about 10 minutes.
Remove and slice, top with cheese and freeze
Bake on 180C till done and brown.

For the sausage rolls I steamed the sausages and cooled them completely then put it in pastry. I slit the pastry on top. Enjoy!
