TRH Rashida's Swoss Roll Pastry with Mince Filling and Sweet Chilli Sauce
Ingredients:
500g bought savoury mince
2 potatoes boiled and mashed, season well with butter, pepper and salt
2 tblsp mayonnaise
1 tsp jeera powder
Salt to taste
Steers sweet chilli sauce

Method:
Cook mince till nearly dry and add jeera.
Remove add mash and mix well.
At this stage taste and adjust or add spices of your choice.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Roll out pastry
Seal edges with egg white or water.
Smear sweet chilli sauce
Spread the mince or make into a sausage
Roll into a swiss roll.
Chill for about 10 minutes.
Remove and slice and top with cheese and freeze
Bake at 180C till brown.
