TRH Preshana's Melting Moments

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup powdered sugar

In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch and salt.
In another bowl, mix butter and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add in vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until everything is well blended.
Chill the dough for half an hour.
Preheat oven to 180’C
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pipe biscuits or make small balls and flatten with a fork
Bake for 13 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
Sift powdered sugar on them.
