Jameela’s Tiramisu Cake Pops

Ingredients
3 Jumbo eggs
1 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla essence
125g butter

Method
Put all the ingredients into a Kenwood and beat for 4 minutes.
Spoon into two pans of 20cm diameter.
Bake in a preheated oven 180 for 30 minutes or until done.
Allow the cakes to cool.
Crumble the cakes into a bowl.
Add half the amount of icing and mix well.
Form into balls and place on a tray.
Dip wooden skewers in melted chocolate and poke into the centre of each ball.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and dip in melted chocolate.
Decorate as desired.

Cream Cheese Icing
125g margarine
2 cups icing sugar.
2 tsp vanilla essence
½ tub cream cheese

Method:
Beat margarine till white and fluffy.
Add icing sugar one cup at a time and beat until creamy .
Add vanilla essence and cream cheese (do not over beat)
