Nazley’s Chicken Pasta

TRH Nazley's Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
½ packet macaroni boiled in hot water and salt. Strain and allow to cool.
Once cool add 4 pieces of Simonsberg feta (black pepper), crumble it over the pasta.
1 onion chopped.
1 large tomato chopped.
1 packet baby spinach.
Salt and pepper to taste.
4 breast pieces chicken cut in cubes.
2 Tablespoon sweet chili sauce.
1 green pepper cubed.
Braise the onion in butter with the tomato. Allow to brown.
Add the chicken, salt, pepper and spinach. Allow to cook through.
Lastly add the sweet chili and green pepper. Cook till dry.

Make a basic white sauce:
Flour,
Butter,
Salt and pepper,
Milk.

Method:
Once the sauce is done, add 1/4 cup chopped coriander and mix well.
To layer the pasta in a Pyrex dish.
Pasta, white sauce, cheese, chicken mix, pasta, white sauce and lastly cheese.
Then top it with feta cheese and bake till done.
