Caashifa’s LC Flaxseed Bread

TRH Caashifa's LC Flaxseed Bread

Ingredients
3 cups flaxseed flour
1 cup almond meal
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsps xylitol / alternate sweetener
Good crack of sea salt / pink himalayan salt
5 eggs beaten
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup light olive oil

Method:
Whisk all the dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl whisk all the wet ingredients together.
Combine wet with dry and mix well.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes then transfer to a loaf tin and bake at 200 till the top is firm to the touch.
