Hannah’s Peanut Butter Biscuits

TRH Hannah's Peanut Butter Biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 jar Blackcat sugar-free Peanut butter (400g)

Method:
Mix all ingredients together. Get a firm dough.
Roll into balls – I got 25
Lay on baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees C for approximately 10-12 minutes.
They are a soft biscuit and very rich tasting.
If you like peanut butter, go for it. Something different.
