TRH Rashida's Easy Mini Squares

Ingredients:
125g butter or margarine. softened
1& 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt

Method:
Combine all the ingredients together and beat for 3 minutes using an electric beater.
Drop into well-greased pan and bake for about 20 minutes on 180C
Cool completely.

Options:
Butter icing with grated milky bar
or spread warm apricot jam and sprinkle coconut
