Jameela’s Kashmiri Tandoori Mince Curry

TRH Jameela's Kashmiri tandoori mince curry

Ingredients
500g steak mince
2 tsp ginger garlic
1full tsp salt
3 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp tandoori spice
1 tsp methi masala
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp dhana jeero
1 tsp steak and chops spice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp whole jeero seeds
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 cup oil
1 onion sliced
3 tomatoes grated
Potatoes cut in sml cubes
Sweetcorn or peas, optional

Method
Heat oil in a pot.
Add jeero, cinnamon and onions and fry till golden.
Add all spices and ginger garlic and allow to braise for a few minutes
Add mince and roast well, mixing all the time.
Allow to cook for few minutes
Add tomatoes, potatoes and peas
Cook on medium heat till potatoes are soft.
Add little water if needed.
Garnish with dhania and enjoy with hot rotis.
