Irene’s 1 Minute Hummus

Ingredients:
1 can drained chickpeas
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
+- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp celery salt
1 tsp Dijon / English mustard

Method:
Enough water to reach a thick, smooth consistency
Blitz all ingredients together until smooth and drizzle with extra olive oil if you like.
Enjoy as a dip or in sandwiches, wraps, burgers, etc. 💖😘
