Gail’s Sausage, Potato and Bean Bake

Ingredients:
9 x Beef sausages
5 large potatoes peeled, cubed in medium bite size pieces
4 medium tomatoes grated
1 large red onion grated
2 tsp minced garlic
Sprinkle of olive oil
1 can baked beans in tomato sauce added at the end
Salt, aromat spice, black pepper, pinch of paprika, pinch of sweet basil

Method:
Preheat oven to 200 C spray an oven proof dish with cooking spray
Add seasoned cubed potatoes, tomatoes onion and garlic sprinkle with olive oil coat the ingredients well then bake for 30 minutes. Stir the mixture periodically. Add sausages bake further for 15 minutes. Careful not to dry out sausage meat. Lastly add baked beans to heat through. Serve with mixed salad and bread rolls😻😻
