Peel potatoes and boil till soft.
Drain, add nice amout of butter, salt, pepper and some spring onion
Mash roughly using a fork
500g stir fry steak, chicken or mince
3 tblsp chops and steak wet spice
for chicken wet tandoori spice
mix well add salt to taste
Cook in butter on low add litle water if necessary.
Using a pyrex dish spread half with mash
Spread over all the meat.
Sauté some onion rings and tomatoes and spread over meat.
Spread balance of mash over meat.
Grate cheese over and bake in preheated oven for 10-15 min.
Serve with green salad
