Sureka’s Soya kebaabs

Homemade soya mince kebaabs
For the kebaabs:

Ingredients:
Soak two and a half cups soya mince in three cups of boiling water for fifteen minutes strain and keep aside squeeze out as much water as possible
Place soya mince together with 3/4 cup gram flour a tablespoon of ginger and garlic 1/2 cup of dhania chopped 1/2 cup of chopped mint and 2 chopped green chillies in a food processor and process until mixture comes together .

Place mixture into a large dish and add the following :
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
2 teaspoons masala
1 teaspoon black pepper

Method:
Mix spices into mince and mould into kebaabs .
Place kebaabs on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 170 deg

Now make your chutney

Ingredients
1large onion sliced
8 tomatoes liquidised
3 green chillies
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon masala
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat two tablespoons of oil add onion when browned add tomatoes chillies salt and spices. Cook for ten minutes on high then add your kebaabs spoon chutney over kebaabs cover and cook on medium heat for approximately 15 minutes.
