In a pot boil 2 cups milk,
Add 1/4 tspn cardamon, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Then add 3/4 cup oats.
Cook till done.
Allow to boil.
Once done, add 1 mashed banana.
Then add grated strawberrys and apples (grate on fine side).
Add and enjoy
