Nazley’s Chicken Broth Soup

Ingredients:
10 pieces chicken.
4 of each (stick cinnamon and cardamon)
1 tspn ginger cut in pieces.
Salt to taste.
1/2 tspn of each (white pepper, tumeric, barship).
1 green chilli.
1 carrot sliced.
2 potatoes cut in pieces.

Method:
Wash chicken, potatoes and carrots.
Place all ingredients in a pot and add a litre of water and cook till soft and water is half.
It must be like a broth. Lastly add dhania.
Serve with rolls OR rice with raita and papperdums.
