Hannah’s Crunchy Red Cabbage Salad


2 x packets sliced/grated red cabbage
± 3-4 green apples (golden delicious or Granny Smith)
About 100g pkt macadamia nuts
± 100g roasted salted cashews
± 100g dried cranberries
± 100g raisins
A handful of sunflower seeds

P.S. All the above are all appropriate quantities – go with your heart.
This recipe is my creation, seen and eaten on holiday at guests so was unable to find quantities. I did my own in everything.

Mix all together with approximately 2 or 3 tbls tangy mayonnaise.
Don’t let it get too wet with the mayonnaise in order to remain crispy.
I added some ordinary creamy salad dressing for a bit extra taste – once again, keep tasting and just add whatever you want.
