Irene’s Potato wedges

Potato Wedges
Cut 4 medium potatoes into wedges.. steam covered in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Toss in some olive oil, 1 tbs each Robertson’s aromatic roast potato spice & rustic garlic and herb spice.
Colour with food colouring if you prefer, add fresh dill or thyme and roast at 200 degrees Celsius until done to your liking….enjoy
