Gail’s Smoked Knack Wurst Salad


1 1/2 Smoked Knack Wurst sausages, skin peeled and removed. Sliced into thin rounds
1/2 packet butter lettuce, lay in your salad dish
1/2 small sliced red onion
1/2 avocado pear cubed
3 sticks chopped celery
12 cherry tomatoes halved
Swiss Emmenthal cheese cut into sticks as much as you prefer
Slices of English cucumber
1/2 punnet whole white mushrooms
3 hard boiled eggs halved
Green pepper or orange pepper strips
Serve with crusty olive bread

Salad Dressing
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp white/brown vinegar
Salt, black pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp mustard powder
1 clove minced garlic

Whisk all ingredients together and toss over salad.
