Gail’s roasted marrow bones on toast

Heat oven to 200 C throw marrow bones onto your baking sheet, lightly salt and add black pepper.
Roast for 20 mins.
Slice up day old rolls, spread with garlic and herb butter and toast both sides on a grill skillet.
