Reshika’s Cinnamon biscuits

Ingredients:
250g softened butter (not melted)
±2 cups flour,
1/2 cup cornflour,
1/2 cup icing sugar,
1 tsp cinnamon powder,
1/2 tsp vanilla essence.

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Beat butter until creamy, add vanilla essence, sift dry ingredients and make into a soft dough.
Cut into shapes.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly coloured.
