Preshana’s Butter Biscuits

Ingredients:
125g butter
75g icing sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cornflour
few drops of essence( of choice)

Method:
Preheat oven to 180’C
Cream butter, icing sugar and essence.
Sift flour and cornflour and add to form a soft dough.
Use a biscuit gun to shape biscuits.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until biscuits turn a slight golden colour.
