1 tin tuna strained well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 small onion.
Slice the onion finely and fry till golden brown. Allow to cool.
Mix the tuna, salt and pepper and mayo together till smooth.
Add as much mayo as you want.
Crush the cold onions in the mix and mix well. Spread on crispy rolls.
Top with greenpepper and chilli.
Great for a snack or a get together with friends and family.
