Out of Eggs – substitutes

1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water = 1 egg (blend until mixture is thick, creamy & egg like)
1 tbsp chia seed + 1/3 cup water = 1 egg (mix and let sit for 15 minutes)
1 tbsp soy protein powder + 3 tbsp water = 1 egg
1 tbsp agar agar + 1 tbsp water = 1 egg
½ mashed banana = 1 egg
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce = 1 egg
3 tbsp peanut butter = 1 egg
